On October 23, 2024, the Victor Pinchuk Foundation launched the 19th annual competition for the Zavtra.UA Scholarship Program. This nationwide program supports talented youth in Ukraine, aiming to foster and strengthen a new generation of intellectual and business leaders. The foundation selects Ukraine’s most promising students and provides them with financial, expert, and informational support.
For the second year in a row, 10 special scholarships will be awarded to students specializing in “Medicine” and “Therapy and Rehabilitation” to support the development of Ukraine’s rehabilitation sector. These scholarships are provided in partnership with the RECOVERY network, a national chain of innovative rehabilitation centers. This project, founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk, aims to support Ukraine’s security and defense forces. Experts from the RECOVERY network will participate in the competition jury to identify the most ambitious students.
The winners of the competition – the future Zavtra.UA scholarship recipients – will receive a monthly stipend of 3,000 UAH (after taxes) from the Victor Pinchuk Foundation for one year. They will also have access to financial and expert support for their personal projects and opportunities to participate in various events organized by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation and partner organizations. Furthermore, students will join a nationwide community of talented young people from across Ukraine, a network that now includes more than 2,600 members.
“Supporting gifted young people committed to improving Ukraine has been a core mission of the Victor Pinchuk Foundation for nearly 20 years. The Zavtra.UA scholarship program has opened this year’s competition and is seeking students in their third to sixth years of higher education with notable professional achievements and an active civic spirit. Winners will receive a one-year scholarship, additional development opportunities, and join the largest community of talented youth in Ukraine,” noted Svitlana Hrytsenko, a member of the Victor Pinchuk Foundation’s Board and Head of the Zavtra.UA program.
Applications are open on the program’s website at zavtra.in.ua from October 23 to December 5, 2024. Full-time students in their third to sixth years from Ukrainian universities, academies, and institutes are eligible to participate. Detailed application requirements are available on the program’s website under the “Competition” section.
