How to access rehabilitation at RECOVERY centers?
• If you are active military personnel — you need a referral for rehabilitation from your military medical unit or a military hospital, following prior confirmation of available places at a RECOVERY center.
• If you are military personnel on leave — you need a Military Medical Commission (MMC) conclusion or a referral for medical rehabilitation.
• If you have been discharged from military service — you need an inpatient rehabilitation referral from a surgeon, neurologist, traumatologist, or a Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM) physician.
